Just before 2:30 PM this afternoon units were dispatched to the 60 block of Richardson Avenue (413) for the report of a vehicle accident. Units arrived on scene to find one vehicle that required the Crisfield Volunteer Fire Department to open the door utilizing the “jaws of life” so the patient could be removed from the vehicle. The second vehicle had fled the scene prior to arrival. Fire Chief F. Pruitt had command of the incident.
