An Engine from Mt. Vernon Volunteer Fire Department and Chief 650 were returning from the parade in Crisfield when they came across a vehicle accident in the 4100 block of Crisfield Highway (413). Lower Somerset EMS and the Crisfield Volunteer Fire Department was alerted. Units arrived and found a two vehicle accident with one patient.
