The Officers and Members of Lower Somerset EMS send our deepest condolences to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Department and to the family and friends of Deputy First Class Glenn Hilliard. Deputy First Class Hilliard was slain during a high risk warrant execution by a coward. Deputy First Class Hilliard leaves a wife and three children.
