Units from Station 8, along with units from Crisfield and Marion VFD’s responded to the area of Lawson Barnes Road and Plantation Road for a report of a vehicle accident with confirmed entrapment. Units arrived to find an accident involving a passenger vehicle versus a tractor trailer with one patient confirmed trapped. Personnel from the Crisfield VFD as well as the Marion VFD worked diligently to free the patient. The patient was transported to a trauma center via the Maryland State Police Aviation Division.
