The Officers and Members of the Lower Somerset Co. Ambulance & Rescue Squad are mourning the loss of Life Member and long time friend Jack Merklein. Jack joined the Ambulance Squad on December 6th, 1983 serving the citizens of Lower Somerset County for over 20 years. Jack responded to 2119 calls during his Ambulance Squad career. Jack was a former 2nd Lieutenant, Vice President, House Committee Member and Trustee. Jack will long be remembered for his love of the Ambulance Squad and his great sense of humor. Jack will be greatly missed by all of us here at the Ambulance Squad and we pass on our prayers and condolences to all of his family and friends.

Services will be held at Bradshaw and Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
